These devices support SuperSpeed, high speed, full speed, and low high speed data transmission signals. ###Features: Two, three, or four downstream USB 3.0 ports (also supports USB 2.0), three additional USB 2.0 ports for non removable devices (USB5537B only), low-power operation, and low heat dissipation. On chip 8051 microcontroller manages GPIO, VBUS, and other hub signals through on-chip programmable ROM, SPI ROM, or SMBus configuration, manufacturing lines, and on-site update functionality. GPIO/LED pins provide power management functionality. One time programmable (OTP) ROM (8 K bits), including on-chip charge pump IETF RFC 4122 standard 128 bit universal unique identifier (UUID) and Microsoft ® Windows ® 8. Compatible with other mainstream operating systems, Microchip's TrueSpeed LED (depending on configuration) embedded 8051 microcontroller is used for hub configuration.
